I’m not sure if this is still valid or not, but I guess that people like me will keep on dreaming. I have always been inspired by the Twin Towers, by their architecture and their beauty – that almost innocent, but immortal beauty, which only simple shapes can have. I used to consider those two buildings the pinnacle of the architecture of our days. An architectural heritage to the world, like the pyramids in Egypt from another era.
I’d love to see the Twin Towers rise again, like a phoenix bird who rises again from its own ashes to defy death and destruction – as a symbol of immortality.
